No Refund Policy for Chris Carroll Coaching

Thank you for choosing Chris Carroll Coaching.

To ensure clarity and mutual understanding, we have established the following No Refund Policy:

1. No Refunds on Services: All payments made for coaching services are non-refundable. Once payment is processed, it is considered final.

2. Session Rescheduling: We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. If you need to reschedule a session, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but rescheduling is subject to availability.

3. Expiration of Packages: Coaching packages must be used within 1 year of the purchase date. Unused sessions will not be refunded or carried over beyond this period.

4.Cancellation Policy: If you choose to cancel your coaching session or package, the payment will not be refunded. We encourage you to consider your commitment before making the purchase.

5. Exceptional Circumstances: In case of serious medical emergencies or other extraordinary situations, we may consider exceptions to this policy on a case-by-case basis. Please note that documentation may be required.

6. Agreement to Policy: By purchasing coaching services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to this No Refund Policy.
