Terms and Conditions for Chris Carroll Coaching

Cancellation Policy 

I understand that sometimes unforeseen circumstances arise and you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. However, I kindly request that you provide me with at least 24 hours notice if you need to do so. 

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment with less than 24 hours notice, you will be charged a fee of £30. 

This fee is necessary to cover securing your slot and the cost of revenue from the missed appointment.

If you fail to show up for your appointment without providing any notice, you will be charged the full amount of the session.
